Tony, was an original Orion member, he sings Second Tenor. He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He currently lives in Edmonds, Washington with his wife Lydia. They have four adult children.

He has over 39 years of planning experience and has been working as an Urban Planner for Snohomish County in the city of Seattle for over 30 years.

Tony and his wife, Lydia, considers Lighthouse Christian Fellowship Seventh-day Adventist Church to be their spiritual home where he leads out in music and getting the church in motion for community involvement.

His musical experience has been with the Alabama A & M University Choir on a music scholarship, U. S. Navy Blue Jacket Chorale, church soloist, the Forever One Quartet and Men of Kirkland and numerous church and community choruses.

His favorite Bible texts are: "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions;[a] if it were not so, I would have told you.
